PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Payment methods such as credit/debit cards of all major banks or bank transfers are accepted.

2. COD orders are subject to approval and confirmation by supplier and customer.

3. Extra COD charges will be applicable as per company policy. 

4. Cancellation of orders will not be accepted after the product has been shipped.

5. Returns are subject to company approval at its discretion.

6. Refund will be initiated within 24hrs of cancellation request.

7. Full refund will be provided incase of damage during transit or if the product does not meet the specified requirements. Parcel opening/unpacking video is mandatory.
